These are some of the question our studio often gets, so please read on:

When I order online, how long will it take to receive my order?  All pieces are handmade at our studio in Copenhagen, Denmark. Please allow two weeks for delievery of domestic orders, three weeks for international orders. Orders are shipped to the address you give us. Janniebaltzer.com is not responsible for delays caused by Post Danmark / FedEx, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Are custom designs available? One of the things, we really LOVE to do, is to design custom-made pieces. This way we work very closely with the bride to create an unique and beautiful piece. Custom design fees depend on the materials used and time needed to create the perfect piece.

I just discovered Jannie Baltzer and would like to buy a headpiece, but I am getting married next week. I noticed that your headpieces take at least two weeks to arrive, what can I do? If you urgently need a headpiece, we will be happy to help you. Please email the studio to discuss the option of rushing your item.

I really like one of your headpieces - can I order one excatly the same? Each headpiece made at our studio is hand-made using vintage jewellery, and therefore is unique and one of a kind. Due to the fact that each headpiece is created by hand, you should expect slight variations from the original presented on the website.

How do I return an item? During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer´s expense. Returned products will not be accepted if:

  • You have tried to repair a defective product.
  • The product is not complete.
