When I order online, how long will it take to receive my order?. Allow two weeks for delivery of domestic orders, three weeks for international. Orders are shipped to the address you give us. Jannie Baltzer Copenhagen is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. I just discovered Jannie Baltzer Copenhagen and would like to buy a headpiece, but I'm getting married next week! I noticed that your headpieces take at least two weeks to arrive, what can I do? If you urgently need a headpiece please email us to discuss the option of rushing your item. Depending on the item you want, we may be able to satisfy your request. Please expect to pay a rush shipping fee.
What is the best way to reach you? We are a very small studio and often can’t make it to the phone, if we are tangled up in the feathers. The best way to reach us is always by emailing us at info@janniebaltzer.com with as much information as you have. It might take us a day or two to get back to you, so be patient, but trust us, we want you to have hair accessories too!
I really like one of your headpieces – can I order one excatly the same? Each headpiece made at our studio is hand-made using vintage jewellery, and therefore is unique and one of a kind. Due to the fact that each headpiece is created by hand, you should expect slight variations from the original presented on the website.

Rest of the world -a fixed fee € 30
How do I return or exchange an item? Request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. To withdraw from your contract of purchase, you have to request a return by sending us an email to info@janniebaltzer.com with the subject “Return request”. The email must include the date of the order, your name and address. You are required to return the garment to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the date you have notified us of your decision to return an item. Returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition.
VERY IMPORTANT: When you fill out the custom-form you must write RETURN ITEM. If this is not stated and there will be a custom fee for Jannie Baltzer Copenhagen, once we receive the parcel, we serve the right to charge your card this specific fee.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Jannie Baltzer, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Jannie Baltzer is not responsible for any return packages not received, so we advise you to use a transportcompany where, where you can track the parcel.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. Please note that we do not return the shipping fee, you have already paid. Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
