When you are shopping on our webshop, you are automatically accepting our terms & conditions.Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.

All prices are shown in Euro. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal.

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays. JANNIE BALTZER COPENHAGEN can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs. If you need a rush order – please email info@janniebaltzer.com. Shipping Europe €20 Shipping Rest of World €30. We always ship with FedEx to ensure, that your parcel arrives safely at your house

Request for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. To withdraw from your contract of purchase, you have to request a return by sending us an email to info@janniebaltzer.com with the subject “Return request”. The email must include the date of the order, your name and address. You are required to return the garment to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the date you have notified us of your decision to return an item. Returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. 

VERY IMPORTANT: When you fill out the custom-form you must write RETURN ITEM. If this is not stated and there will be a custom fee for Jannie Baltzer Copenhagen, once we receive the parcel, we serve the right to charge your card this specific fee. 

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Jannie Baltzer, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Jannie Baltzer is not responsible for any return packages not received, so we advise you to use a transportcompany where, where you can track the parcel.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. Please note that we do not return the shipping fee, you have already paid. Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Customised headpieces/veils cannot be returned.
